Here is a simple configuration for using with for fast speeds when using safaricom.
with the Your-freedom VPN on DNS mode.
To begin
A) Enable expert mode click General (more settings)
B)Server Connection Choose your server i.e
ems**.your-freedom.de;196.201.217.7 or
ems**.your-freedom.de;196.201.216.21
** being server of your choice.
C) Tweaks Kenya Safaricom
If you are connected to the VPN disconnect exit and re-start yf client.
1. On the client connection mode input http mode.
2. Click configure then go the next page, click next again till you
land on the last page.

3. On the server part use any of these ip addresses 196.201.214.47 | 197.248.2.35 | 196.201.213.116
4. Input port 80 or port 443 N/B : Port 21 or 22 may work too.
5.Go back and exit the app and open again.
6. Change from Http mode to DNS mode then go to connection use port 8080 or 80 or 443 or 53 (last option).
7. DNS for tunnel connection use 196.201.217.7 or 196.201.216.21 or any Public ip address like 8.8.8.8 or 208.67.220.220 etc.
8. DNS for applications use 8.8.4.4 or 8.8.8.8 etc
9. Go to the next page
next page (scroll left or top mid button)
On that page switch on case-insensitive dns
DNS max 99
DNS min 999
DNS repetition 9999
DNS domain whatever works
DNS query type NUll or WKS or TXT
Go back and connect
Please note there is no 100% it will speed-up your connection But will work well on 3G and 4G networks.
